wlan0: Error while getting interface flags: No such device

I had troubles running Mint eighteen and so I decided to try 17: it seems to run significantly faster, only I accept no Wifi.
I've installed the recommended drivers using the driver manager, which has always worked before, but I've got nothing.

'lshw -C network' gives me:
